I'll be in the minority here, but I always got good care here. Both times I went, the first employee to take care of me was a medical professional, usually a nurse. Health insurance and payment were second. This is the first and only medical facility I've been to where I was treated as a patient!
Very disappointed it took 5 hours to get my mother head sewed up medical staff and the office staff are not in communication she waited over an hour for one Tylenol She was told not to get out of the chair without help beep to go pee eventually could not wait Tried to get her out to move her to rehab and it took 2 days of calling finally after o ask for the patient liaison I got things moving should not have to complain to get her decent treatment will not let her go there again Terrible hospital

I was brought in after passing out and arrived unconscious. Despite this, the staff failed to take appropriate steps. They lacked the equipment for an EKG, never returned to my room, and even left my blood samples sitting on the counter without sending them to the lab. I stayed there for over three hours without any real medical attention. I had to advocate for myself and eventually left after speaking to the doctor.
