Visionworks offers 100 day refund or exchange quality guarantee. Their website states no such guarantee. I need to return my $400 glasses to have the lenses remade a 3rd time. Unfortunately I learned the hard way they give a verbal 'make it right' policy. Not sure how long it will take. The lab manager Tammy has never bothers to look at the glasses on me, mark pupil location and progressive line levels. I wish I had never gone there. If you expect basic customer service such as fitting the glasses frames go somewhere else.
We are very thankful for OP Eye Center! After abysmal experiences elsewhere, they were able to treat my child’s eye pain and see us quickly. Staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. They’ve gained a family of repeat customers for sure!

Wonderful facility with kind staff! Everyone is efficient and very sweet - I don't write many reviews but absolutely had to brag on this office, will be back!
