The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was the front desk check in person. The manager (Carolyn) checked me in and was snarky and sarcastic. Certainly not what I ever want to be greeted with but especially not when I'm NPO and tired. Every single other person there was wonderful and I'd much rather keep doing procedures here than at a hospital.
Fantastic, easy, friendly, caring, staff pure professionals, loved the care, thank you Dr. Roy and Nicole and all the others. Easiest and best procedure ever.
I took my parents to OP Endoscopy Center for their colonoscopy. Though it was a very busy morning, they both get done in a timely manner. Everyone from receptionist, staff members, and doctor were very nice, friendly, efficient, and courteous. Big thanks to Dr. Herman and nurse Anna for their excellent service.
