Excellent and compassionate care from all the staff.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars was because of the unpleasant, impatient, unnecessary comment, unprofessional attitude of the front desk.. They will ruin your day if you are dealing with them first thing in the morning. Besides that, the rest went really well. All the nurses and doctors attended to me were all professional, nice, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The facility is also new and clean.
The whole medical team was absolutely perfect. The nurses in pre and post op were so attentive and caring with the BEST bedside care; the anesthesiologist kept his word and took "care of me" and Dr Kerolos was patient and thorough in pre-visit and pre-op. And special mention to the assistant who did my IV. You all made this an easier more tolerable experience. Thank you!!!
Excellent care by everyone! From the front desk to the recovery staff, each person, nurse and doctor was top notch in communication, kindness and professionalism! Love Doctor Chisholm, as it was my second procedure with her!
