My experience at Orange Park Endoscopy Center was excellent. Every staff member I encountered was kind, courteous and made me feel valued. They were reassuring and supportive, which was really wonderful as I was quite nervous. Everything ran on time and scheduling was easy.
Staff and treatment system are the best I have ever encountered. Best wishes to all.
Terrible experience. I had an endoscopy/colonscopy procedure scheduled over 2 weeks ago. They called me last week, 2 days before the appointment, to let me know that they were still waiting on insurance to approve the endoscopy part of the exam. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday and called my insurance right after- they said they should have an answer by the next day. Yesterday, I got a call from the center again saying again they were waiting on insurance to approve the endoscopy but I could have the colonoscopy done.... read more
Staff, nurses and Drs were friendly and approachable..
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was the front desk check in person. The manager (Carolyn) checked me in and was snarky and sarcastic. Certainly not what I ever want to be greeted with but especially not when I'm NPO and tired. Every single other person there was wonderful and I'd much rather keep doing procedures here than at a hospital.
