Thank you Jabari for making the process so easy. My new place is beautiful. Proud to be a new resident of Orange Navy.
I want to give a Amazing Shout to Jabari is has been so professional through my whole process answered all questions kept me in the loop with everything and exceeded my expectations Jabari I want to thank you for going above and beyond rocking and rolling with me through this whole process. You deserve so much for your efforts i hope this makes your day I truly appreciate you
Be careful what you ask/say while discussing their move in expectations. Say the wrong thing and they have no issues just ghosting you, despite how unprofessional that is. Thankful they showed their colors early. We will be moving forward with other, more professional and communicative, renters. Based on other reviews seems we dodged a bullet with these people
FRIENDLY PEOPLE
We've been living here since September of 2025, in my experience the management, and the overall living experience has been great. It can get loud on occasion but that's normal I'd say, especially in a neighborhood with kids.
