Be careful what you ask/say while discussing their move in expectations. Say the wrong thing and they have no issues just ghosting you, despite how unprofessional that is. Thankful they showed their colors early. We will be moving forward with other, more professional and communicative, renters. Based on other reviews seems we dodged a bullet with these people
FRIENDLY PEOPLE
We've been living here since September of 2025, in my experience the management, and the overall living experience has been great. It can get loud on occasion but that's normal I'd say, especially in a neighborhood with kids.
Be careful of these people. They like to take your deposit, stop communicating, and then refuse to issue you a refund. Thieves. I applied for an apartment from out of state, and got a approved. I made my deposit, and when I tried contacting them about making sure I could access the apartment due to moving near Christmas, they stopped communicating. I had to find another place to live.
