Be careful of these people. They like to take your deposit, stop communicating, and then refuse to issue you a refund. Thieves. I applied for an apartment from out of state, and got a approved. I made my deposit, and when I tried contacting them about making sure I could access the apartment due to moving near Christmas, they stopped communicating. I had to find another place to live. Lived at one of their properties for several years and really had no complaints, wish I had never moved out. Our unit was nice, had no issues, maintenance was a tinge slow but otherwise not a bad living experience. Would rent with them again.
The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! Management is not reliable or concerned at all with tenants needs. My last straw was my ac going out nobody showed up before I left for at least a month. Was given a portable ac to stick through my window. I lived on the first floor so I did not use it in fear of a break in!!!!!! Temp inside stayed at least 80 & up. Property stays filthy, and noisy. This is about the fourt time this year that our air condition has gone out and on the weekend no less. My family of 5 and a service dog in a house with the thermostat reading as high as 82 degress, with the lights out and dark curtains drawn. We call for an emergency work order and every time the maintenance tech on call is never in town, there are no fans or window ac units that the office can provide for temp relief. We have no screens on the windows or screen doors so opening the doors and windows are out of the question.... read more
