Instead of focusing on the right process, the interaction with the agent felt more like a sales tactic relying on flattery than a professional assessment of my eligibility. Due to due his poor diligence, the agent hurried to get banks into the business and skipped many basic common sense eligibility questions. I like to warn others not to depend on this company.
