They never emptied all intake debris cans which were 3. After 3 years they decided to sell my account to someone else but still charged me for the month. They decided to do this only because I told them I'm going to fire them. A new company can to my home without my permission and said they need to empty my pool because the chemicals are so off balanced for 225.00 These people are horrible save your money and charge your wallet
They start off great but they slack off then they will destroy your pool. Beware stay away
I recently signed up for this company pool service in February. I had no issues for the first few months. However, over the last month they have been charging me and no one has been servicing my pool. They are totally unprofessional, do not return calls, and still have not fixed my pool problem. I can get reported in my area for a green pool. Please beware and do not use them!
I recently had Orange Leaf over to perform a maintenance cleaning and filter cleaning - our pool is now sparkling! It was such an easy process to sign up for their service and schedule a time to get them over. I definitely recommend their weekly services as well as their general repairs!
Customer support was very friendly and responsive; however the service just lacked. The morning of my service to pressure wash the pool, I was told no one would make it out that day which delayed service to the next. A tech did show up the next day, washed the pool but broke the outlet cover on the exterior of the house. Chemical start up was included in the pressure wash cost.
