Lucy was super freindly, making my family and i feel very welcome!
I have had nothing but great experiences at Orange Leaf. Every time I have gone in, the staff is attentive and it is very clean and well kept. I enjoy the variety of flavors and toppings offered! I appreciate how Orange Leaf offers a set price instead of per ounce, I feel like it makes it more manageable and affordable when getting dessert with a big family. I will definitely be back!
Very Disappointed. When we arrived. The employees were sitting on the counter. Then when my husband and I were putting the toppings on half of them were empty. And when I asked if the guy could refill the cookie dough, he did refill it but then put the scoop that had raspberry looking juice all over it, right into the fresh cookie dough. The toppings were a mess and all mixed in with eachother. None of the tables were cleaned off but yet the employees just were sitting on the counter.
The place is clean but has a bad smell. You serve yourself and when you pay the high price for your frozen yogurt they want you to tip them as well. What exactly do they do to earn a tip? The customer does all the work. Not a recommended place to visit.
