Went in last night with my girlfriend and I was shocked at how rude the girl at the register was. The place was dirty but the girl’s attitude is the reason for my one star. Better service could’ve brought me back in the future.
This post is not just about my experience tonight, but my experience almost every time at this location. I feel like a burden when I come in which is odd because I come in well before closing. I work until 2100 and then drive over to get something sweet before heading home. Every time I come in, they are already starting to clean up and it seems like they are ready to go home. Went here hoping for a nice experience with my friends but ended up uncomfortable after seeing a supervisor/manager being creepy and unprofessional to his employees. I went to leave a review here, and noticed there are several others who have reviewed and commented on this matter. This is concerning and something needs to be done about this.
Manager was a creep to his employees. Doesn’t pick up on the context clues that his employees were uncomfortable. Seems to be an ongoing issue. Made us uncomfortable when getting toppings
