Let me start by saying that I love their yogurt. Way better than their competitors (and for that they get two stars)! But... I visited yesterday and was totally turned off by one of the owners. Her son (maybe 9 or so) was in the store with her and he was sitting at the toppings bar playing. He was clearly sick (coughing all over-- eek!). I understand that these things happen as I am a parent as well but maybe have him sit at a table while he watches a movie or plays? Love it. The yogurt is creamy and it tastes good. they even added smoothies!
