The actual frozen yogurt is yummy but where it gets me and makes me not want to come back is the price. They are expensive and I've personally never seen all of their machines running with different flavors so it can feel limited. Also I will say it is expensive and you will be getting overcharged for how much product you are actually getting. Always a good place to take the grandkids.
Addi was delightful when she rung up my order. She was friendly, told me about my reward coming up, and offered me a lid. She had the cutest smile and was just full of sunshine. I left feeling happy I stopped by even if i hadn’t had the yogurt.

There is hardly ever anyone working up front, so you end up waiting in line forever just to pay. Meanwhile, you can clearly see employees in the back doing nothing. The last few times we’ve gone, several trays were empty, and when someone asks for them to be refilled, it makes the line even longer. They have also been out of lids and spoons twice in the last six months. I'm not sure who management is but they need to step up
