We ordered a smoothie we have had on many occasions and enjoyed in the past. This evening it was terrible and tasted like rotten banana. I took it back to request a refund or a different one. The person working was defensive, rude and demeaning. I was told if I didn't like that one not to order it... I tried to explain I think it was just one of the bananas had gone off... Best place for fresh smoothie and testy sparkler to get in Quinte Mall and in town...grate new flavour in Holiday Seasons
At the very first time I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted with a very friendly "Hello, How can I help you?" The Strawberry banana smoothie that I tried was amazing. Since that day I have been a regular repeat customer, the staff is absolutely amazing. Great people, Great products.
I really love the taste the smoothie it’s been a while since I am drinking smoothies and it’s the best.
