Service was really rough today. I ordered a large pina colada Julius and i don't know what it was missing but it was off and tasted terrible. They remade it for me but the lady had an attitude about it. The remade version was at least the right flavor profile but it was made so watery I'm not sure they used any ice at all. Didn't bother asking them to remake it again.
What time does this place close?
It’s been 45 minutes. From 5:30-6-15 pm on a Tuesday night and they are “closed for restocking.” Yet we can clearly see the employees sitting in the back on their phones. They seem like lazy workers and should be fired
Staff was minimal but that didn't slow down the service! Great job guys!
