Very professional and responsive throughout the sales and installation process. They did a great job installing a 3.5 ton Mitsubishi Zuba cold climate heat pump in our old house (100+ years old). Our low basement ceiling required a horizontal install, involving substantial sheet metal work to reconfigure the ductwork. This was all done well. In January 2026, the temperature dropped to -30 °C one morning, and our house remained warm. These guys are a pleasure to work with.
We moved to a cold climate heat pump. At every step of the process we got good information and sound counsel from Dave. The installation was meticulous, and the two guys who put in the system were both kind to the cats. Work sites were left super tidy. We are very happy with the results.
Orange HVAC installed a Heat Pump Spring 2025 . Couldn't be happier , David did the paper work for the rebate , no problem, received it within weeks. Install went smoothly to high quality and made sure the Mitsubishi unit worked with my furnace. Just this month , March 2026, called Orange HVAC again to replace my hot water tank , furnace , and install a propane dryer. Really happy I found them. Won't be using any other company for my gas appliance needs.

Before installation of new furnace and central air, communication was clear and prompt. Installers were professional, courteous. When they encountered a couple of small issues and had to do some quick problem-solving, they came up with a solution, consulted with me, and were able to proceed without further delay. Price was competitive. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend.
