Very professional and responsive throughout the sales and installation process. They did a great job installing a 3.5 ton Mitsubishi Zuba cold climate heat pump in our old house (100+ years old). Our low basement ceiling required a horizontal install, involving substantial sheet metal work to reconfigure the ductwork. This was all done well. In January 2026, the temperature dropped to -30 °C one morning, and our house remained warm. These guys are a pleasure to work with.
As an owner of another hvac company, it may seem strange to give 5stars to a competition. Well, here we are. I have known David for a few years now, and have exchanged business ideas, passed furnace and heatpump jobs back and forth, and done hvac service work for each other from time to time. Easy to work with, great service and technical knowledge.
Before installation of new furnace and central air, communication was clear and prompt. Installers were professional, courteous. When they encountered a couple of small issues and had to do some quick problem-solving, they came up with a solution, consulted with me, and were able to proceed without further delay. Price was competitive. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend.
David and Andy installed a heat pump with electric backup for us when our furnace died. Very helpful and knowledgeable and everything seems to be running great! There was a small misunderstanding on my end about what electrical work was/wasn't included in the quote, but overall still a positive experience and far better than any other HVAC company we've used!
Dave and his team at Orange recently installed a mini-split system (heat pump and a/c) in my home. Unbelievable price and very satisfied with the expertise and level of service Dave and his installers provided. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
