It was a pleasure working with John to fully renovate my 2br/2.5 bath condo. He’s the best general contractor I’ve worked with—professional, incredibly detail-oriented, transparent with costs, and always easy to communicate with. The quality of his subcontractors was excellent, and the entire renovation process was organized and smooth from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John to anyone looking for an honest and highly skilled general contractor.
John is a great honest guy with a strong crew that he works with. He took over a very complicated job from a previous contractor we were working with and delivered a high quality end product. Half the battle in Miami is finding someone you trust and cares and he’s that guy.
