John is a great honest guy with a strong crew that he works with. He took over a very complicated job from a previous contractor we were working with and delivered a high quality end product. Half the battle in Miami is finding someone you trust and cares and he’s that guy.
We are so grateful for John and the entire Orange Home Design team for helping us completely remodel our 4 bedroom 3 bath home. John’s expertise comes through in his clean and elegant design, beautiful and high quality material choices especially for kitchen and bath, and ability to quickly fix any issues during the project. Working with John Carr has been an excellent low stress experience. He is professional, honest, reasonably priced, and his crew is top notch. His guys are very detail oriented and this can be seen in the end product. His subcontractors (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) work well together and dont submit change orders for every little change. John Carr and his team do exceptional work. John is honest, creative, resourceful, and responsive. He draws up detailed plans and sticks to them unless there is a problem (aren’t there always unexpected problems in old houses), and then he calmly and methodically fixes it. John and his team have been great partners during my complex remodel. The team did not only execute, but also provided advice and solutions during the project. Also, their entire approach on the project including pricing and changes of scope was very transparent.
