I’m am. Very claustrophobic and when I came here their MRI machine is so much better. I still had to keep my eyes closed because you’re still close to the top of the machine but I feel so much better in this one. The staff here is so nice. The technician who does the MRI is gentle and patient. Highly recommend anyone who has issues with closed MRI to go here and your images will still show up just as good.

At first I thought it was my imagination, but after reading the reviews, I totally agree with the other Gentleman about that old lady with the short grey hair! Very nasty woman as if she thinks she’s doing someone a favor there!!! They must think that their jobs are full proof! Then I call her boss at the main office in Maryland to file a complaint Ms Hearts, yea she was apologetic, but I can tell in her voice that she was not sincere at all! This Open MRI at 110 Crystal Run Road in Middletown, NY absolutely SUCKS!! If they want to continue on in providing a service for their patients they will replace the two girls in the front desk, the older Caucasian Lady who absolutely doesn’t know how to talk to anyone, who is terribly nasty, and the short Indian looking girl who can’t seem to find her head.
