I was 10 min early to my appointment and as I am sitting there talking to the front office person handing her my insurance card and Id she informs me that my appointment is cancelled because I did not arrive 30 minutes early!?! I show her the text in my phone which is now exactly the time of my appointment and I am told that I received a phone call informing me that I was to be there 30 min early.
