COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! We went through Orange Global cargo for a recent shipment and they (as in Barbara) didn't respond to the freight forwarding companies emails for 3 days. The shipment had arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and they had emailed Orange Global about the customs clearance. We they didn't bother responding til I had to literally call the freight forwarder and Orange Global and tell them to respond.
