Our experience with them was AWFUL. We signed a proposal and paid a deposit on 10/22. We were verbally told it was going to be about 3 weeks for materials/ install. By 10/31 we hadn't heard anything yet regarding an install date so we emailed our rep and he responded the following day stating "We won't be able to give you an exact installation date until somewhat last minute- once we have completed your call-before-you-dig and have the materials in hand ready to go."
