I've always gotten good service
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Meghan. She is incredibly attentive, kind, patient and explained everything clearly which made me feel comfortable. The staff and reception were welcoming and friendly. Overall, the service was excellent and I truly appreciate the care my daughters and I received. I would highly recomend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical service.
Our physician is Dr. Easton. Both him and Ashley are very pleasant. They take the time to actually listen and promptly reply to additional questions or issues via phone call or portal. Reception and scheduling ladies are just as pleasant and efficient.
Hello, you didn't send a reminder email, I tried to reschedule through the reschedule link in the email you sent 6 months ago, but once logged in it says I have to call to reschedule or cancel. So I called and you're closed, so I tried the answering service, but they're just an on-call nurse, not an actual answering service and said they have no way to communicate with you, and I have to pay a fee if I don't cancel more than 24 hours in advance. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure we feel comfortable and cared for.
