Fantastic docs, nurses, admin, facilities!!
Worst practice I have ever been to. Not only do they not pickup but also messed my referral for my dermatologist. haven't had important medicine for a month plus now. Doctors are fine I guess but the staff seem to lack. Maybe not trained correctly or just idk. bad overall.
For the last 17 years we’ve been blessed to call Orange Family our family doctor. Friendly people, great staff and always a smile.
The doctor's at OFP are great to excellent. The low rating is purely from their terrible billing department. Bills are often sent out more than a month after service, which automatically puts you in their "late payment" category. I've had to pay at least one bill twice and hope that the billing department catches up--or catches their mistake--so that I will at least have a credit on the next time they (eventually) send out a bill. Use to be great, but gone down hill terribly. Been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week, no one answers the phone. Horrible staff.
