I was able to secure an appointment on the same day and got my appointment. This is really the way to go, without the obstacles of seeing the PCP and being referred to another office for the procedure. Orange Diagnostics saves your valuable time and sanity too.
I want to believe that this company pays to get this high ratings. Do not waste your money. You will book so easily and pay so easily but will take a month to get your result. It does not matter how urgently you need your result. They contract a radiologist who i doubt cares about the patients and clients that comes here. I had to miss my appointment for another month just because i did not have ultrasound result. You guys should do better.
I was thankful for the quick appointment, as I was having health issues. But after my appointment, I have not heard back regarding my results. I have reached out, and my doctor has reached out. Not only have we got no results, we have got no response. They said it would take 3-5 days to get results, it has now been over a week and we've heard nothing.
