The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Every single month my bank fees range from $80 literally up to $460 was the highest I've paid. Right now they've taken another $140 out and my bank is overdrawn. There is not one transaction on any statement that say why they are taking my money. They just continue to do it. And when you ring to speak to them, you get horribly unfriendly older women. Do not bank with this bank! Any alternative is better
Simply the best experience I've ever had with a bank in 30 years. I re-mortgaged with Bank Orange / Orange Credit Union in November last year. I found they had the lowest fixed interest rate at the time, but I was very wary of doing an application without going through a mortgage broker as I have always done in the past. Went through Orange Bank for a personal loan. Crystal Mackay was my loan specialist and she was absolutely amazing! She made the process so simple and made the experience easy to understand and effortless. Highly recommend!
Their internet banking is a joke. Used to be great when they were called a credit union. Accounts are mismanaged and fees are extremely expensive. I'm sick of playing guessing games when it comes to the actual balance of my account. Being called a bank but are still registered as a credit union is both misleading and unfair to your members. Perhaps telling the truth with what's really going would be an idea or perhaps a complaint with AFCA and ASIC should be filed.the truth will eventually come out!
