OC Ski/Bike EXCEEDED expectations today. Double flats a couple miles up the trail from their shop an hour before they closed on a Sunday...and I don't live or know anyone in the area and my car was 15 miles south at Harriman trailhead start. Uber was going to take 30 minutes just to get to me. Logan (pictured with me) shot out in a truck to rescue me, and Master Tech Karl had me rolling again quick. Got my touring skis mounted here, professional service and a myriad of options to choose from. If you want to support a brick and mortar shop, this is the one to go to.
Unfortunately, you're better off shopping or renting elsewhere. Seemed like a nice local neighborhood shop, but what I hoped would be a nice memorable experience for my 3yr old was ruined by unreasonable policies, unreasonably enforced. I know the shop has to make money, but taking advantage of the good honest customers isn't the way to do it.
We had a great experience there buying ski boots. Jeremy was very pleasant and helpful. We've been there for mountain bike tires as well. A great local shop!
Great place. Good prices and fast turnaround for service.
