Awesome customer service, technician was able to effectively troubleshoot my new second-hand bike, and repair rear brake and de-railer issue. Provided a maintenance recommendation with detailed examples and signs of wearing parts for future maintenance.
Exceptional shopping experience for snowboarding gear! Karl (the snowboarding section sales associate) is awesome! I went in this past week after having purchased my first board online, looking for help finding a good set of boots and bindings to match-up with my board (I’ve previously only rented gear). Great little bike shop. Carl got me back on the trail today and was very helpful in pointing out some bike maintenance issues which I have neglected.
I brought our Trek Checkpoint ALR4 in for a tune-up. The entire drivetrain needed replacing and Karl did so quickly and for a reasonable price. I like his transparency and the way he showed me what parts were needed & why. Orange County Snowboards is my bike mechanic from now on. I'll drive past 3 other places to have Karl handle my repairs/maintenance in the future.
