After being told by another company that I should buy a new e-scooter for my child because fixing it would cost more than replacing it, I went to OC Scooters—and they fixed it with one simple move. The brake lever was crooked, and they just put it back into place. Best of all, they did it free of charge. For their honesty and excellent service, I will be returning to them for all our e-scooter needs. Thank you!
This place is awesome, the brakes on my son’s scooter failed they told me it just needed adjusting they fixed it! And I asked how much I owed they told me no your fine I gave them I think 20 no way they could have charged me anything they wanted I would have still been happy, after I got home I thought I should have given them more, so awesome to have someone that knows what they are doing and not trying to screw you
