I would NEVER bank with this discriminatory organization. From the manager Maria to the teller Anthony to the remote exec Gabriel, all I experienced was discrimination and poor customer service. Do not waste your time with these people. They do not serve the community and only put you off

Don't open any lines of credit here. Payment due on an account for a balance you don't know about? They won't text you, email you, call you, send you anything in the mail, anything. They sit back rubbing their hands hoping they get to record a 30 day late with the bureaus as if that's how they make money off of the community. Any other creditor would call, text, email, or mail you notice that your payment is currently past due but not OCCU.
