Installing the equipment in the house took only about 30 minutes and the technician was friendly and informative! Download speed is amazing and updates for our devices took only a second to get done!! Very happy with this!!
no weekend technical support so if the internet goes down let's say Friday at 5pm, dont expect to get internet back until Monday. do you run a business? THIS IS NOT the internet for you, like I said, no weekend techs, so we could not process credit cards at my restaurant for 3 whole business days, that means we had to go through and manually enter every single credit card transaction into the system Monday. then expect daily outages 4-5times a day that can last anywhere from 5 minutes to hours. absolutely THE WORST internet ... read more
