Horrible, Horrible experience. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for leasing inquiries for pass 6 month's and still haven't been able too. Hope the landlords know why they have so many spots empty.
I'm happy with my CBRE experience with the 2 employees who manage the location I work at.
I have dealt with many leasing/sales agents during the past 20 years. In those years I have never dealt with such an unprofessional agent as the one handling the property located at in Anaheim at the corner of Orangethorpe and Placentia Ave. The agent showed up unprepared without any documents. No application or lease documents (not even a flyer). We were ready to submit an offer, but he refused to take our information in person and asked us to text him our information.
