I had several assignments to be served is a very short time. Barbara was very helpful and got all of the serves completed ahead of schedule!
Terrible service. Won't return our proof of service. Cashed the check immediately. We not recommend.
I would give them no stars if I were able to. It has been two months and our documents still have not been served. I never get a call back when promised one. Sometimes I cannot even leave a message when I call them. Will never use them again.
Very poor service. No communication. Their delay caused an untimely service which cost me money and made me delay my case.
1. They do not return calls even if they say they will call you back. 2. They do not respond to e-mails even if they tell you to e-mail them. 3. They are never able to provide a detailed status of your service request and say they will call you back. They don't. 4. Not knowledgeable of CA Laws regarding personal service, subserve, mail serve. 5. Takes a very long time to complete a serve and does not provide a status of incomplete serves or bad addresses.
......these are the people to call! We are in Inyo County and have used OCPM for both our criminal and civil Southern California service. I am pleased to recommend them.
