Poor service The Saturday we tried to shop at this store there were 4 people on duty. 3 of these people knew nothing about sales or the types of pools available for purchase. The person who had all the knowledge was with a customer and we were asked to come back.. We simply drove up the road to Royal pools where we were assisted immediately.
We just had the liner replaced- which went well except they left ALL the old garbage in our lawn including screws IN the pool and ON the lawn! 😕 also we got a brand new light which has a remote- which broke in 2 days and now 2 weeks later, after at least 10 phone calls, 2 of which were DIRECTLY to the owner, we STILL don’t have a new remote for the light. UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE FOLLOW UP.
Very rude people working there. Manager screaming at his staff w customers there!!!! Not helping at all!!!! Do Not recommend!!!!
