Hard water messed up tankless water heater . Came to house may 20th no warranty coverage because of that. Said would order parts to repair and would work with us to repair with manufacture on phone.Today June 3rd not a peep from them. No calls or anything. Left us high and dry. Still leaking tank. Sad we used them before but now nothing. Moving on elsewhere..
