Not only did he spend extra time educating me on my current situation and different ways to proceed given the aging garage system (27 years), he also never applied any pressure at any given point. Dustin was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patient with us. Stayed until we set up our app and made sure we were comfortable with it.
OC Overhead Doors was great from the beginning to the end of the service call. They were courteous on the phone, got my info and let me know that their Tech would be calling me back. The Tech called me back and we scheduled the work pretty quickly. Chuck was great, he made the repairs and even explained the problem and how we could prevent the issue in the future. Thank you!
