scam!
This is a scam i call and someone ask me for $100.00 deposit for an appointment. I ask what happened to insurance. Then he said give me insurance card information. I said no at this point I will give it when I get there. I asked what is the address and he said its on Google. I said you don't know the address to the place your working and he said Oh in Yonkers. Mind you the address is in Middletown. I told him they are a scam and hang up.
