Just completed a first service and it went smoothly as expected
Owner’s name is Horace…called ahead of time to make sure that he had a specific model of bike in stock, he said “I’m looking right at it, we’ll clean it up for you”…drove 2 hours to pick it up and when we asked to see it, it wasn’t in the showroom or the back at all. He lied to us to get us into the store and then attempted to sell a much more expensive bike….0 stars if I could. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Orange County KTM is the best ! I've been a customer since 2018. They gave me a great deal on a 500 EXC-F and they have never let me down in any way and ALWAYS get my bike service's done on time.. Horace and his staff are very helpful and stand behind what they sell and the service department is the best ! In my experience they have always gone above and beyond !! I highly recommend Orange County KTM.
The only place I would take my Tuono.
