The WIC office is here and they’re very helpful! Very gentle with our baby and they take good care of us when we need it, very direct and specific and friendly!
If you make an appointment expect to wait over an hour after your scheduled time even if it’s not busy. There were two people waiting when I got there and two people came in after I did. One of the people that came in after me got called back before I did. I made an appointment I came in ten minutes early for paperwork for my second covid vaccination and I waited an hour and twenty minutes before I was even seen. It was very upsetting.
Good services for the community- Vivian could use more training in customer service with the public in my personal opinion.
Most inept and rude staff I have ever encountered. This place is choosing to waste covid vaccines by making people wait over 2 hours in line but not letting you in line until 5 minutes before your appointment. Different staff tell different things. Better to just wait until the vaccine is more widely available and avoid dealing with these clowns
