We had a negative experience with the Orange County Fence Company. This was confirmed by other customers and looking up this company on the Contractor State Licensing Board, reveals that the Orange County Fence Company's license has previously been suspended. They also have been caught and given violations for illegal sales practices. Working with Scott has been an absolute nightmare. After multiple issues with the install and no response, we are writing this review. Scott has been great at selling his product, horrible at execution, and even worse at resolving the issues that he created. His install caused damaged to our new hardscape project. Scott was not on the job site when the fence posts were placed. I really did not want to receive this review. However, after months of the owner of the company, Scott Lenox, ignoring our job, providing a litany of inconsistent excuses, and ultimately avoiding our messages and phone calls, I feel compelled to leave a review. We gave Scott a large job for fencing and gates. He damaged our property (and caused property damage topping over 5k - not including other repairs or economic damages), incorrectly placed the order, parts do not match or work, and failed to properly install the gates ... read more

I’m thrilled with my new fencing! Scott was helpful and creative with designing my fence. The crew that installed the fence and delivered the materials were courteous and professional. The job site was kept tidy and they cleaned up every day. I couldn’t be happier with the results. We recently had Orange County Fence Company replace our old fence and patio cover, and we’re extremely happy with the results. The quality of their work is top-notch, and the finished product looks fantastic. The crew was professional, courteous, and very respectful—not just to us, but to our neighbors as well. In fact, several neighbors stopped by to compliment how well the team worked and how great everything looks. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work!
