I am disappointed by the care received at this center; UNION PARK NCF, we arrived smiling and the receptionist did not even say good morning, that is very irritating. The nurse was a little kind, but she said that 10 minutes is a lot to fill out all the forms for 3 children, it is absurd to fill out a form so quickly when it is the first time that we have a format in hand, she said because it is a place public and they had no one else to attend to, just my family and me.
Very helpful in filing claims, very knowledgable about their job in assisting veterans with claims. Highly recommended
