Very calm and reassuring! Polite and quick!
I recently brought my cat here because he was vomiting, having diarrhea, and not eating. The doctor, Dr. Jackson, was nice and empathetic which I really appreciated. However the other staff was not. It was very clear that their only concern was profit. It seemed as if they made commission if someone decided to pay for treatment. When I received the clinical summary for my cat I noticed that his temperature read 103.7, meaning he had a fever when he was brought in.
