Although they were quite busy, they got my cat in right away for a life saving injection. Everyone was very nice and caring too! A sincere thank you to Dr Underwood and her excellent team!

I've gone here for both my cat (likes to eat things he shouldn't) and my dog (he's very old). Both times, the staff were very friendly, informative, and empathetic. I appreciate all their hard work and thank you for being open after regular hours!
Great experience. Dr. Juan and his team were informative and helpful. My baby Nala is doing a lot better now. The wait time screen was very helpful for anxious pet parents.
My mom and I went to this place late last night 3/15/26 for our dog who was in a lot of pain and the guy who “helped” us was so condescending and rude! His name was Compos I believe and he should work on his bedside manner before he starts working in an emotionally charged field! When people are coming to you for help with their dogs at least pretend to show some compassion! Instead of up charging us $500 for an xray and saying “this one should be put down”.
