1 star for the deceptive billing practices. My procedure went well. The nurses and the doctor (for the minute or two we met seemed nice) But I received a follow up phone call a few days after my procedure for which my insurance was billed. I was not informed of this at the time of the call. Do you remember when a phone call was a just a phone call?
