I was looking for a plastic pallet - which they don't sell. But Sean said he had one we could have for FREE! What a huge blessing - especially for a nonprofit like ours. If I could give them less than one star I would. I used them to send a glass item across country - they were recommended by the seller of the item . I requested that they insure the item for replacement value as well as crating and shipping costs in case the item was damaged (I have done this with other packaging companies) . My item was totally destroyed during shipping. They of cource blamed UPS as a terrible shipping company - but they continue to use them. I requested an insurance refund.
