I was looking for a plastic pallet - which they don't sell. But Sean said he had one we could have for FREE! What a huge blessing - especially for a nonprofit like ours. Thank you Sean for being so kind to offer and for helping HomeWord to ship our exhibit and resources to the Orange Conference in Atlanta. You are the BEST!
If I could give them less than one star I would. I used them to send a glass item across country - they were recommended by the seller of the item . I requested that they insure the item for replacement value as well as crating and shipping costs in case the item was damaged (I have done this with other packaging companies) . My item was totally destroyed during shipping. They of cource blamed UPS as a terrible shipping company - but they continue to use them. I requested an insurance refund.
