OC BMW does not have the customer's best interest in mind, and I can't wait to take my business to another BMW Service Location. This service center will state damage on a brand new car is caused by owner error but then, in the same breath, tell you they can't show you the damage, nor does their video report (with audio that doesn't work) demonstrate the damage. This location is more interested in billing a customer for work that should be warranty work because they make more money.
