Dr Dickerson is incredible!! Every visit with me, she makes me feel welcomed & heard. Right away she makes me feel more relaxed with her demeanor & energy. Then she and I work as a team to come up with a plan for that visit and moving forward. She is very smart and “real!” I am blessed to have her on my medical “TEAM!”
The staff keep cancelling appointments over and over again. I could understand occasional urgent cancellations but these are months ahead cancellations. They cancel even already rescheduled appointments. Their appointments team never pick phones and almost always you have to wait couple hours for call backs. They will just provide appointment times based on their favor, they wont care if the time or office is not the one that is closest to you. Talking to managers, directors has no difference. Excellent experience! Dr. Dickerson is compassionate, a great listener, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She provided thorough information and facts while also making a genuine effort to connect on a personal level. I felt heard, cared for, and confident in my care. Highly recommend!
