Website guarantees all over the place that parts would ship in 24 hours and that the parts I needed were in stock and would ship out the next day. I placed the order with overnight shipping which would arrive just in time. I called the following day to make sure they were being shipped out and was assured it was. I would give zero stars if possible. Parts they send out were wrong and they refused to take them back saying they were shipped from japan and cant be returned. On a separated order they charged a 20% return fee on their mistake. Absolutely terrible customer service.
If it's something out of the ordinary you want, you won't get any help from these guys. Was looking for an old SMC part. I gave them the part number and they said they couldn't find it. The company rep said to go look on their website for the part that met my requirements. Isn't that their job? Why would they have anyone dealing with customers with that attitude? Will have to go find an equivalent part elsewhere as I won't deal with this company.
Zero service. Ordered SMC valve blocks indicated as in stock, same was confirmed by phone. After 1 month of prepayment sent no valve blocks and no response. Do not recommend.
Very bad service, bought a cylinder with 7 weeks delivery time, then after 4 weeks i asked about my product and it hasnt been processes and gave me 10 weeks of delivery time, so had to cancell the order
