I am really impressed with Orange Coast Pneumatics. I had an unusual part that I was having trouble identifying / locating that had put my Snap-On refrigerant identifier out of service. Frank Hernandez came through for me 100%! I really appreciate his (and OCP's) focus on customer service and dedication even though I'm not a big corporate customer and was placing a small order. Parts in stock that cost $25 and is a small part but shipping was $27 which shoulda only been around $10 at most
Terrible customer service. Calls are always answered with a bad attitude, and emails are never responded to. It’s very difficult to get help or any follow-up.
