I visited the Emergency Room and really like the people and service however when I saw the bill I called to ask what is the charge for $4,035. She told me it was for the visit. So basically 4K to walk through the door? I asked if there is something we can do about this and she told me I can go somewhere else. I was there for less than 2 hours for a bill of $7900 bucks including 4k to walk in and told I have high blood pressure good luck have a nice day. Sorry MC i would love to give 5 stars but please help me help you...
Head nurse having a bad day with so many patients on 3/1 that family is not allowed in the ER even if there’s 10 seats open. Even if the patient has severe cognitive issues and brain fog that comprehension is seriously impaired. Worst experience ever.
I went on a Thursday between 11-12pm. All female workers in the back ER room. Very immature like females. It was like high school all over again. I went in and instantly they were chatty talking about none related work things out loud all in the background instead of doing their job. I waited a while before the provider came in and the provider was the worst one! Anyone after her followed her lead in rudeness ..so me that means she left and talked about me amongst them.
