THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for damaging your vehicles. I had a good experience with the repair they performed, but when my RV was returned to me, there was damage to the main RV access door. This RV door is one of those that is very stiff on purpose so you don't need to keep it open with a latch, but if you open it farther than it is supposed to, there is a good possibility of the hinge being damaged, which is most likely what happened. Orange County's Best I am very impressed by their customer service and the repair job overall. They came highly recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. I wish my last repair went this easy. I will be bring all my vehicles to them for any future work.
I had my vehicle towed to OCAB for a free estimate as advertised on their website. Owner Ron called the next day stating the estimate was ready. After reviewing the estimate with Ron and then discussing it with my wife we decided that financially we could not afford the repairs out of pocket and must submit a claim to our insurance company. Our insurance company recommended we use an auto repair facility approved by them for an expedited turn around time on repairs. OCAB said it would be $260.00 to release the vehicle. I have 8 years expierence working around vehicles so I would like to think I am familiar with the process a bodyshop goes through in order to get a repair done for a vehicle. So I had my 01' Jetta turned in for repairs after a front end collision covered by Statef Farm.
