If I could give ZERO stars I would. I can't express how unprofessional this facility is. I didn't even get to go in as they cancelled my procedure because I questioned the amount that I was being charged. The amount was different than what my insurance company told me and I was given 4 different figures over a two-day period. First I spoke with Kitty who when I questioned an amount immediately transferred me to the administrator, Angie Strum. Great experience once you get past the front desk, (Questions began with who are you, please give me your ID, Insurance card and credit card) nothing more, once surgical nurse showed me in it was great each person involved introduced themselves and surgery went well, great wake up and release, class operation, other than front desk receptionist.
