Fiance purchased a decorative ring under the reassurance that it could be resized within a 3-3.5. The next business day I was promptly told they would have never agreed to the resizing and their staff began pressuring us to purchase a more traditional engagement ring well over twice the price we paid. I took my Seiko watch in because I didn't like the band. They fixed it right there & it only cost $10 for them to make a band.
Do not go to this jeweler. My expensive gold ring broke soon after purchase and they would not fix it even though it was a defect in their ring. They wanted to charge me to fix their defective ring! Will never go there again
The selection of jewlery is fantastic and they have some of the best diamonds
