Amazing service! Humble family. Grateful for the owner CJ.
I know this is a long review so if you don’t have time to read it all….in short this is a GREAT business with caring drivers. Full story, I had a tire blow out on my boat trailer on I4 passing Deltona and had to get off on the nearest exit. I was sure I was going to be stranded for hours waiting for help when to my surprise an Orange City Collision tow truck pulled up along side me offering help. CJ and his wife were very clear about what was going on, and helped me in a very stressful time. They advised me on next steps, recommended me a lawyer, and were very helpful in acquiring my belongings following my accident. At every step I felt I could trust CJ.
wow the customer service at this place is sad , immediately feeling dismissed without allowing me to even finish my sentence is unbelievable . I understand shops can be busy but ong at least hear me out .
