wow the customer service at this place is sad , immediately feeling dismissed without allowing me to even finish my sentence is unbelievable . I understand shops can be busy but ong at least hear me out .

I feel so lucky that law enforcement called CJ with Orange City Collision to pick up my elderly father's vehicle after a crash. He was transported to the trauma unit. I live in Idaho and was having to deal with multiple agencies while being worried about my father. CJ went above & beyond in all aspects. He even took photos of my father's car for me to provide to the insurance agency. When we had a hard time getting the vehicle picked up, he again stepped in and saved the day. His experience and service exceeded expectations.... read more
