Called for our Dryer not drying our clothes - were told that it was the element and that an OEM part was being replaced. This was not the case - they installed a cheap Amazon part via a subcontractor. Wasn’t an employee of OCAP. We paid $300+ for a Sunday trip. Total waste of time. The part used is not approved by the manufacturer and we were lucky it lasted more than 60 days. If you hire someone to come into your home, verify they are insured and employed by the company you are calling, not coming from Kissimmee.
