Gardenia Apartments in clayton south Victoria was build by orange and now have gone belly up and dose not exist any more leaving Gardenia with defects after defects

Having the same issues as everyone below. I work in the building industry and I've never experienced such poor management of work assigned. We have been waiting for defects to be fixed since August. I've had two different tradesmen out to look at the same issues multiple times. Get through to reception and then hear nothing. Not good enough.

Terrible company, they were the builders on my new apartment and it’s been a year and a half and there are still outstanding defects

Orange Building Solutions are a terrible building company with low quality finishes and even lower customer service assistance I moved into my brand new apartment in May, but the building had been finished in July the previous year so I was only given two months to find and rectify the defects. I have messaged them and they are of no assistance in fixing the defects. There are safety hazards with the concrete floor not being level as well as sliding mirrors not being appropriately fixed in

Almost 6 months and no response from orange on my service requests. Wouldn’t recommend them.
