My 2024 gmc denali keeps blowing turbos, on my most recent visit my truck sat in the parking lot for 26 days because the service department could not figure out what was wrong with my truck. It took 34 days to do a 2 day job. On top of that the tech did not protect my fender and the top of my fender has multiple scratches on it. They also took a chunk out of my drivers side front tire. They are not transparent with their diagnostic check policy. You think you are paying one price just to find out you are being charged more. Nothing you can do but pay it cause they have your keys. Left several messages for the service manger to call me back but nothing. They just want their money and don’t care about repeat clients.

Our brand new Yukon Denali xl 2026 in December suffered a complete engine failure and Glenn the service manager got us back on the road home for Christmas while they replaced the engine and got our vehicle ready for us for when we returned to Florida in January thank you for the outstanding service
