Outstanding Service
THANK YOU for peace of mind when it rains. I took my GMC Canyon to 2 dealerships/ 3 visits for a leak in my roof. They repaired everything but the problem. A dealership in Orlando suggested Orange Buick GMC. Thank goodness I listened to them. They diagnosed the problem and replaced my sunroof the following week. It has been raining a lot and I don’t worry anymore. I will always recommend Orange Buick GMC.
The service department at Orange Buick GMC is excellent. The team there are super attentive, respectful, and go above and beyond for customer comfort. Other than general vehicle service, I never felt I had to go to great lengths to describe a problem I needed resolved. I was never met with typical "could not reproduce customer complaint" statement. They instead made every effort to diagnose and work with me as the customer to find the problem and resolve it. Completely satisfied, every time.
