Terrible customer service and the prices are just as bad. We were towed here and couldn't drive off, and they took full advantage. The old guy at the front desk is grumpy and sly, who will throw a tantrum if you ask basic questions, and the mechanic couldn't even give us some form of an estimate on price, and said he didn't even know what he was being paid per hour. Helped us out with a big problem. Excellent service.
Don't use their service; low quality and unprofessional. I paid a good amount of money to have the brake pads and discs changed. This guy used the cheapest pads and parts while charging full price. Dust from the pads made cleaning my car wheels cost twice as much as new pads would have. Upon complaining, he blamed the government and the company. However, online research shows he was making excuses. There are low-range and high-range pads; he clearly used the cheapest ones. Second, I had him change the suspension strut mount.... read more
